He was predeceased by : his parents, George Winters and Aileen Winters; his aunt Doris Hudson; his uncle Rueben Hudson; his brother David Hudson; and his father-in-law Richard Davis.

He is survived by : his pet Lexi; his wife Sandra Winters; his children, Danielle Winters (Nikko Peterson), Josh Winters (Whitney), Maddy Grace Long, Kayla Pack and Roy Pack; his grandchildren, Destiny Winters, Bradley "Tre" Green III, Jaxon Winters, Stella Winters and Maggie Winters; his brothers, George "Buddy" Winters, Billy Winters, Dale Winters (Diana) and Dennis Winters; his mother-in-law Doris Davis; his nephew Dustin Davis; and his niece Heather Davis.
