He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Murray and Allie Murray; his siblings, Everett, Henry Thomas, Johnny, Sam, Bessie Ladd and Norine McCall; and his son Steve.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Debbie Cole (Lonnie) of Comer, GA, Cathy Booth (Mark) of Comer, GA, Della Moats (Patrick) of South Pittsburg and Tammy Pettit (Ron) of Manchester, TN; his granddaughter Christie Sellers (Aaron); his great grandchild Brady Sellers of Kings Mountain, NC; and his siblings, Margie Green of Ohio and David of South Pittsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
