He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Howe; and his daughter Dana Lynn Howe. He is survived by: his wives, Patty Pittsburg and Patty Alexander Howe of South Pittsburg; his nieces and nephews, Carol Ingram of Birmingham, Elizabeth Clark of Huntsville, Tommy Howe of Charlotte, Margaret Upton of Auburn, Charlie Howe of Birmingham, David Gibbs of Jackson and Joy Phillips of Jackson; his siblings-in-law, Kay Gibbs of Brownsville and Joe Gibbs of Brownsville; and also South Pittsburg.
