He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Sharp Marshall and Charles Marshall, Sr.; his daughter Vicky Lynn Marshall; and his siblings, Raymond Marshall, Mary Watkins, Joyce Marshall, Jim Earl Marshall, Homer Marshall, John Marshall and Billy Joe Marshall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marcie Marshall Presnell (Larry), Diane Marshall Wallace (Sam Petty) and Kimberly Marshall (Bryan); his granddaughter Billie Shadrick Holt (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Brooks King (Daniel) and Kindal "Bug" Brooks; the mother of his children Roberta Hadaway Jones; and his brother Fred Marshall (Pat). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
