He is survived by: his sons, Clark Smallwood of South Pittsburgh, TN and Marty Smallwood of South Pittsburgh, TN; and his siblings, Harold Smallwood of Caney Creek, Willie Smallwood of Lick Fork, David'Bug'Smallwood of Brushy Fork, Dolly Smallwood of Beefhide and Mildred Bentley of Beefhide. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
