It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bettie Cooper of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, who passed away on October 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Martin and Flossie Elizabeth Martin; her husband Sam F Cooper; her daughter Cathy Cooper Thomas; and her siblings, Ella Mae Frye, Tennie Martin, William Martin (Buddy) and Tolly Martin.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Cooper (June) and Jim Cooper (Sandra); her grandchildren, Daimon Duggar (Claire), Nick Thomas, Alex Thomas, Will Cooper, Laura Hohwald (Andrew), Sam Cooper and Wes Cooper; and her great grandchildren, Allison Sexton, Cooper Hohwald, Taylor Hohwald and Willa Duggar.
There will be no public visitation due to Covid.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Disease Research or Hospice of Chattanooga.
