She was predeceased by : her father John Smith. She is survived by : her children, Savannah Rollins and Kevin Smith; her grandson Phoenix Fox; her mother Helen Smith; and her siblings, John Smith, Jr., George Smith, Rudy Smith and Patricia Robinson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
