He is survived by: his wife Frances Bailey Lewis; his children, Donny Lynn Lewis (Brenda), Deborah L Culver and Patricia Lewis Hamby (Jaye); and his grandchildren, Daniel R Lewis (Cheryl), Brandon M Culver (Ashley) and Garren Thomas Hamby.
