It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patsy Collier Bynum of South Fulton, Tennessee, born in Clinton, Kentucky, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Rufus Yates and Bessie Mai Yates (Morrow); her former husband David Ray Collier; her husband Charles "Bobby" Bynum; her siblings, Jimmy Eugene Yates and Nina Catherine Yates Hastings; and her grandchildren, Amanda Luck, Michael Swift and Michael Scott Collier.

She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Akers (Mike) of South Fulton, TN, Susan Collier (James) of Fulton, KY, Steve Collier (Bonnie) of Fulton, KY and Keith Collier of Fulton, KY; her sister Norma Yates Brubaker (James) of Wingo, KY; and her grandchildren, Greg Swift of Fulton, KY, Mark, Samantha Smith (Chris) of Union City, TN. and Lane Akers (Stella) of Union City, TN. She is also survived by three step-daughters, seven step-sons and seven great-granddaughters.
