She is survived by: her parents, Johnny Sams and Sherry Brockwell Sams of Sharon, TN.; her daughter Haley Danielle Fotopoulos of New Port Richie, FL; and her brother Shawn Sams (Jayne) of South Fulton, TN. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
