Joyce Tibbs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2020, at the age of 86, Joyce Tibbs of South Fulton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Newton McNeely and Margaret Grissom Crews; her husband Louis Eugene "Gene" Tibbs; and her sons, Jeff Tibbs and Mark Tibbs.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy; her son-in-law Jim Melton of College Grove, TN; and her grandchildren, Joey Melton (Andrea) of Savannah, GA, Jennifer Dame (Craig) of College Grove, TN, Jeremy Tibbs (Brittney) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Michael Tibbs (Stephanie) of Melissa, TX. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
