He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Scott Lance, Jr. and Joyce Marie Dixon Clinard. He is survived by: his wife Pat Baker Lance; his children, Jeremy Lance of Martin, TN and Kimberly McCullough of Troy, TN; his grandsons, Garrett Scott Lance of Martin, TN and Mason David McCullough of Troy, TN; and his sister Lisa Faye Lance Manire (Tim) of Crofton, KY.
