He was predeceased by: his parents, Leman H. Cruce and Nola Mae Cruce-Hull; his wife Maudine Dickerson; and his siblings, Royce A. Cruce and Mary Katherine Simpson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Green (Dick) of Lake St, Debbie Eagle (Scott) of Menlo Park, CA, Kim Vogelbacher (Bert) of Marietta, GA and Beth Cross (Joseph) of Martin, TN; his grandchildren, Hope Sleesman (Grant) of Aurora, CO, Megan Green of Wilmington, NC, Max Eagle of Menlo Park, CA, Jessica Eagle of Castle Pine, CO, Sam Vogelbacher of Marietta, GA, Brittany McClanahan of Dresden, TN and Dylan McClanahan (Brooklynne) of Mililani; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Peyton and Hallie Sleesman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Hornbeak Funeral Chapel (302 Carr St, Fulton, KY 42041). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel (302 Carr St, Fulton, KY 42041).
