“Mrs (and Mr) Chappell have been the most wonderful neighbors we could ask for. She was always smiling and always stopped to ask how everyone was doing. The kids were excited to run into her as we went to swim at the neighbor's pool, checked the mail, or were on a walk. The day after she passed there were strong storms in the area and the boys came running in saying, "Mama, Mrs Chappell is shining down from heaven!" I hope you felt her presence, Mr Chappell, and know that we are here for you.”
