He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Jasper Millican; his daughter Teresa Millican; his brother Kenneth Millican; and his granddaughter Cheyenne Edmonds. He is survived by: his mother Verla Coombes Millican; his wife Judy Millican; his children, Elizabeth Millican (Bradley Noble), Tommy Millican, Jr., Kevin Millican and C. J. Millican (Kristina); his siblings, Lynne Dowdy (David), Glenda Higgins (Wally) and Jim Millican (Cyndi); and his grandchildren, Alex Millican, Tyler Millican, Nicholas Millican, Riley Braswell, Paxton Noble, Andrew Edmonds, Brandon Braswell and Jasper Millican.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel (18020 US-64, Somerville, TN 38068). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
