He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dale Mills and Marilyn Fern Telford Mills; and his brother Jay Mills. He is survived by: his brothers, Douglas Mills (Belinda) of Slayden, MS, Jeffrey Mills (Pat) of Arlington, TN and Jack "Carl" Mills (Maria) of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
