He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Leroy Perkey and Lillian Dion Perkey; and his sisters, Linda Prouse, Susan Rooneo and Earline McNeilly.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven Perkey of Somerville, TN and Christopher Perkey of Brighton, TN; his siblings, Nancy Butler of Somerville, TN, Ellen Jones (Danny Logan) of Somerville, TN, Christine Parks (Wesley) of Somerville, TN and Dino Perkey of Somerville, TN; and his grandson Gaven Wade Perkey of Brighton, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
