She is survived by: her children, Melodie Morrisett Voyles of Somerville, Ray Smith (Marie) of Franklin, TN and Robert "Bubba" Smith (Kathy) of Byhalia, MS; her brothers, Charles Dempsey (Sandra) of Garfield, GA and Raymond Dempsey of Jacksonville, SC; her daughters, Sarah Fowler (Dan) of Knoxville, TN and Becky Nelson (Jay) of Salem, AR; her pet Suzie; and her close friends, Mary Parks, Kathy Davis, Barbara Parks, Harold, Donna Feathers, Johnny, Lisa Davenport and Evelyn S. Parker. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel (10670 US-64, Somerville, TN 38068). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
