He is survived by: his wife Edith Umbarger; his daughters, Teresa Lea Schmidt of Lebanon, TN and Lisa Marie Joyner (Timothy) of Somerville, TN; his brother Willie Jeff Wiles of Somerville, TN; his grandchildren, Vincent Schmidt (Makayla) of Ripley, TN, Beonica Pickard (Terry) of Arlington, TN, Hunter Joyner (Nyx) of Somerville, TN and Jimmy Sollux (Kat); his great grandchildren, Angela Schmidt, Jasper Schmidt, Andrew Schmidt, Eli Joyner, Eason Pickard, Hannah Pickard, Luna Joyner, Marisal Joyner and Octavia Sollux; and his granddaughter-in-law Cherami Hewgley (Jonathan).
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel (10670 US-64, Somerville, TN 38068). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
