He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Dunn of Paducah, KY; his stepchildren, Gail Davis (Ronnie) of Cape Town and Brian Suratt (Rachel) of Brighton, TN; and his daughter-in-law Kelli Marks. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
