He is survived by: his wife Debra Markle Warf; his children, Kelly Warf and Donnie Warf (Cortney); his grandchildren, Shane Warf (Samantha), Reno Tice, Sierra Manley (R. J.), Carson Tice, Dallas Reece (Devon), Carlee Warf and Hunter Warf; and his great grandchildren, Harper Warf, Mason Tice, Sophia Warf, Lylah Manley, Stetson Manley and River Reece. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
