He was predeceased by: his parents, Booth Gerard Harvey and Mary Leigh Carothers Harvey; and his siblings, Mary Carpenter, Linnie Carter, Richard Harvey and Thomas Harvey.

He is survived by: his wife Patsy Springer Harvey of Somerville, TN; his son William Lee Harvey (Niki) of Hutchinsonville, KS; and his grandsons, Ethan Harvey and Mason Harvey.

Pallbearers were family members and friends and the family requests that memorials be directed to Antioch Methodist Church, 5600 Feathers Chapel Drive, Somerville, TN 38068.
