We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2024, at the age of 89, Emma Magadaline Tapp of Somerville, Tennessee, born in Mason, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry T Walker and Adaline Pattat Walker Yelvington; her husband Robert Holt Tapp, Sr.; her granddaughter Rachel Moore; and her sister Martha Sharp.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Ann Moore (Fred) of Somerville, TN, Robert "Holt" Tapp, Jr. (Lisa) of Braden, TN and Randal Tapp (BJ) of Somerville, TN.; her grandchildren, Bridget Evans (Bradley), Joanne Bradley (Randy), Janet Warren (Trey) and Robert Tapp (Ashtyn); her great grandchildren, Katelyn Evans, Breyden Evans and Cory Holt Bradley; and her sister Betty Garrison of Covington.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials to St. Jude Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
