He is survived by: his parents, Billy Joe Phillips (Judy) of Bartlett, TN and Linda Thompson Smith (Kenny) of Somerville, TN; his sons, Seth Phillips of Cordova, TN and Landon Phillips of Cordova, TN; his siblings, Laura Sweeden (Steve) of Louisville, KY, Billy Phillips, Jr. (Renee) of Clarksville, TN and Chad Wilbourn (Leslie) of Houston, TX; and his sibling-in-law Lakennia Stewart.
