He is survived by: his parents, John Thomas Tatum and Francis Marie Mooreman; his wife Geneva Court-Tatum; his daughter Geneva Tatum of Oakland; and his siblings, Louise Quarrels, Leathy Fleming (Thomas), Nannie Mae Tatum and Eddie Tatum.
