He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Thomas Springer, Sr. and Allie B. German Springer; his grandson Thomas Kee; and his brother Phillip Springer. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Springer; his children, Charlie T. "Tommy" Springer, III (Sheri) of Somerville and Melissa Tatum (Charles) of Somerville; his grandchildren, Melony Springer Tomlin (Wilson), Madison Pardue (Josh), Hunter Springer and Cody Springer; his great grandchildren, Mills Thomas Tomlin, Louanna Tomlin and Owen Finley Pardue; and his siblings, Patsy Harvey, Linda Palmer and Murry L. Springer.
