He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamp Barnes and Ruth Lowry; and his sister Helen Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Carol Barnes Neill (Ronnie) of Somerville, TN and Bill Barnes (Debra) of Somerville, TN; and his grandchildren, Seaton Neill (Alexa), Blake Barnes, Allison Barnes and Sara Barnes.
