She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilson Cole and Cleo Inez Gay Cole; her son Michael Allen Sanders; and her sisters, Laverne Cole Gray, Genevieve Cole Adams and Elizabeth Gay Cole Paisley.
She is survived by: her son John Sanders (Linda) of Somerville, TN; her grandchildren, Angela Dycus, Tiffany Sanders and Bailia Chomyk; and her great grandchildren, Ian Dycus and Michael Chomyk.
