He is survived by: his wife Jackie Owenby Underwood; his children, Jamie Underwood Rush (Kevin) and Jonathan Underwood; his sister Sharon (Ken); his grandson Jared Logan Lowe; his close friends, Amanda, Anthony Davis and Julie Moses; and also, Sam "Buster", Martha Underwood and Jim Carden (Sarah). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
