He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Vance Elliott (Rhonda) and Christie Lynne Elliott; the mother of his children Wilma Elliott; his grandchild Emerald McWilliams; his great grandchild Roy Vance Baker; his nephew Charles Roque Elliott (Debbie); his nieces, Mary Charlene Hooker (Jeff) and Cynthia Gay Owens; his great-niece Theresa; and his great-nephews, Charlie, Parker, Josh and Chad.
