Sue Owens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sue Owens of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Burns and Betty Elizabeth Shannon Wilcox; her stepfather Raymond Wilcox; and her sisters, Thelma Scott, Phyllis Joy Ahrnes and Anna Silvey Pelfrey.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Owens; her children, Brian Owens (Connie Faye), Chris Owens (Diane), Shannon Owens and Kelly Owens-Higgins (Troy); her sister Virginia Threatt; and her half-brother Tommy Burns. She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
Flowers accepted or donations may be made to the Humane Society in Sue's memory.
