He is survived by: his children, Tommy Rowland of Ennis, TX., Samuel Rowland of Soddy-Daisy, TN, Amy McCawley (Rowland) of Ooltewah, TN, Rebecca Twiner (Rowland) of Ringgold, GA and Laura Rowland of Soddy-Daisy, TN; his siblings, Eddie Rowland of Ringgold, GA and Janice Rowland of East Brainerd, TN; and his grandchildren, Heather Allen (Rowland) of Texas, Jessie Hastings (McCawley), Jacob McCawley of Tennessee, Stella Jarrett, Lea and Rachel Twiner of Georgia. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
