He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Jo Bailey; his parents, Maggie Jane Bailey and Robert Bailey; and his siblings, Junior, J. W., Johnny Bailey, Dora Frizzell, Audrey Dean Jones, Evelyn Edwards and Martha Jo Rose.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Miller (Ken) and Randy Bailey; his sister Melba Smartt (Thomas); and his granddaughters, Nicole and Savannah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
