He was predeceased by: his sons, Ronnie Jr. and Zachary David Elsea; his parents, Boyd Elsea and Julia Mae Elsea; and his siblings, Judy Elsea, Lola Randolph, Elizabeth Elsea and Jimmy Elsea.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Elsea; his children, Kodii Elsea (Megan), Rhonda and Matthew Elsea; and his siblings, Brenda Wooten, Martha Brock, Carol Dennis (Danny), Michael Grant and Willard Elsea. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
