She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Sanders and Bertha Sanders; her husband Harold Cole; her daughter Elaine Brown; her son-in-law James Brown; her siblings, Tommy Louis Sanders, Betty Ruth Johnson, Margaret Layne and Janice McFarland; her brothers-in-law, James Layne, Herman Johnson, Vernon Sweeton and James McFarland; and her nephews, Avery Sweeton and David Trussell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue (Dan Feldkamp) and Lesha (Greg Waters); her sister June Sweeton; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Keith Bistline, Alex Feldkamp, Heather, Jake Gibson, Kylie Jackson, Billy Smart, James Brown II and Joshua Brown; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Bistline, Ava Smart and Shylnn Smart.
