He is survived by: his wife Jessie Ray Mincey; his daughters, Ginger Moore (Bart), Carla Zareva (Rick) and Crystal Hadwin (Michael); and his stepdaughter Julie Kubik (Tony). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
