He was predeceased by: his mother Ita Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Amy Denham Thompson; his children, Ian Thompson, Abigail Thompson, Anna Kate Thompson and Amber Thompson; his father Fred "Tiny" Thompson; his sisters, Cindy Witt (Mark) and Mitzi Thompson Sanders; his parents-in-law, Jim and Teresa Denham; his siblings-in-law, Alicia, Chris Johnson, Matthew, Michelle Denham, Jonathan and Brittney Denham; and his close friend Hank Ritter (Maryann). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers a Trust for the future college expenses for his children has been established at Scenic Community Credit Union.
