With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary E. Daughtrey of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 27, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary E. Daughtrey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John David Phillips and Janie Phillips Pike; her sister Carolyn Lee; her former husband James; and her brother Lee.
She is survived by: her husband William "Butch" Daughtrey of Soddy-Daisy; her children, Rodney Lee (Sarah) of Sale Creek, Billy Lee (Carol) of Soddy-Daisy and Bethany Rogers (Kirk) of Sale Creek; and her siblings, David Phillips (Darlene), Wilma Hall (Donald), Charlotte Dixon and Barbara Sims. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center (8911 Dallas Hollow Rd, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
