He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Womble; his son Doug Womble; and his grandson Little Chris Womble. He is survived by: his children, Charles Womble (Susan), Luke Womble (Angela) and Patricia Bethune (Billy). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center (8911 Dallas Hollow Rd, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
