Lorenzo Phillips Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorenzo Phillips of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Oliver and Willard G. Phillps; and his sons, William "Dickie" Phillips and Donald "Ray" Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his daughters, Mary Vickery (Michael) and Margaret "Maggie" Casler; his grandchildren, Kristin Cranmore, Ashley Birch (Brian), Will Phillips (Misty), Thomas Cranmore (Gary), Matt Green (Melissa), Corey Casler, Kayla Benford and Hunter Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Makaila Womack, Jordan Bilbrey, Jakub Bilbrey, Emma Green, Aubrey Lewallen, Owen Green, Paisley Benford, Cooper Benford, Carter Bilbrey and Kohen Bilbrey.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
