He was predeceased by: his parents, Jobe Carroll and Mary Carroll; his sister Louise Smith; and his former wife Willa Dean Carroll. He is survived by: his children, Myra Reneau (Larry) and Zerita Brockman (Brian); his grandchildren, Zeb and Zoe Brockman; and his niece Alexis Jenkins (Bobby).
