He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Penney and Louise Penney (Wanda Penney). He is survived by: his sons, Eric Penney (Scott Pendergrass) and Greg Penney; his grandson Tristan Pendergrass; his sister Lois Green; and his nieces, Ashlee Hillebrand and Schanna Hullender. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews.
