He was predeceased by: his sister Diane Jenkins (Basil); his wife Mary Womack Horne; his parents-in-law, Walter and Lola Johnson; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Johnson.
He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Horne; his children, Jonathan Horne, Kenneth Horne (Jan), Laura Horne, Ginger Cox (David) and Debbie Cates; and his sisters, Doris Womack (W. R.), Brenda Buchanan (Jim), Donna Clouse (Barry) and Connie Shaw (Carl). He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several aunts, nieces and nephews.
