He is survived by: his wife Terry Caldwell; his sons, Josh (Cherity), Jake and Wesley (Josephine); his grandchildren, Andrew, Jacob, Caleb, Matthew and Lilly; his great grandchildren, Ava and Aiden; and his sisters, Brenda Garner and Pam Foster (Danny).
