He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Plumlee; his parents, Lottie Plumlee and R. D. Plumlee; and his siblings, Vieva Teeters, Pete, John and Doug Plumlee.
He is survived by: his children, Hal Plumlee, Marty Turner (Rod), Lisa Hutcherson (Jim) and Patsy Morgan (Bruce); his grandchildren, Jami Piatt, Jay Turner, Jordan Turner, Jacob Hutcherson (Leah), Micah Hutcherson, Luke Morgan and Mary Anne Whittington (Colton); and his great grandchildren, Piper, Presley, Parker Piatt, Judah, Pierson, Winnie, Sylvie Hutcherson, Ruby Whittington and Madilyn Ta.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
