She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Fugate and Maude Rector Fugate Sr.; and her siblings, Howard "Junior" Fugate Jr., Kenneth Fugate, Yetive Hill and Leta Fugate McDowell.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Kirklen (Chris) of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee; her siblings, Leonard Fugate (Jane) of Evensville, Tennessee, Thelma Jean Reeves of Ooltewah and Dereetsa Roberts (Kelso) of Dayton, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Jordan Kirklen and Jessica Kirklen.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vaughn Funeral Home (150 New Lake Rd, Spring City, TN 37381). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
