Gene Maye Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Gene Maye of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Maye and Gladys Maye; and his sister Mary Adams. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Maye; his grandson Kyle James; his brother Bo Maye; his children, Kenny Maye (Bea), Dewayne Maye (Donna), Angela James (Cindy Taylor), Toby Maye (Tkeyah) and Jameika Ford (Alex); and his siblings, Ronnie Maye, Alma Dean Poole and Glenda McClendon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
