Fred Rees Skillern Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2024, at the age of 87, Fred Rees Skillern of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent William Robert; his wife Bettye Stroud Skillern; his son Frederick Rees Jr. (Rees); his brother William Hallett Skillern; his grandparents, Lucy Rees, Fred, Sarah Jane Skillern and Rees Meredith Rees (Reesie Daddy); and his parent Mike Creasman (Clarence Shattuck).
He is survived by: his sister Bobbie Ellen Springfield (Miles); his niece Jill Menefee (Shawn); his nephew Kurt Springfield (Elizabeth); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan Menefee (Julie), Rob Rees Springfield, Erin Menefee (Jacob Wood) and Caroline Springfield; and also, Nora Menefee and Annie Ellen Wood.
