He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lively, Sr. and Jenny Lively; his brother Sonny Lively (Bern Lively); and his daughter Mandie Lively. He is survived by: his wife Amy Lively; his children, Mallory Lively (Matt Millsaps), Daisy Lively and Nathan Lively; his siblings, Elaine Lively and Linden Lively; his nieces and nephews, William, Molly, Shelby, Dustin Levi and Josh Lively; and his grandchildren, Micaela, Bailie, Dakotah and Aaron. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
