He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlen Harvey and Sylvia Harvey; and his siblings, Virginia Ritchie and Donald Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Harvey; his sons, Stacy Lyndon Harvey (Jennifer) and Ervin Ross Harvey, Jr. (Tammi); his grandchildren, Samuel Wyatt Harvey, Lincoln Ross Harvey, Lauren Elizabeth Harvey and Layne Edward Harvey; and his sisters, Lorraine Lewis and Arlene Smith (John).
